On the surface level, Kaiser is just a friendly, sometimes too friendly bartender. But he does hacking jobs on the side very occasionally, when he needs the money.

This is reflected in his build.

His cyberware is innocent enough, mostly being framed as for defense against aggressive patrons.

His quickhacks are where it's shown that there might be a little more to him, his quickhacks mostly used on jobs.

He sometimes struggles to sleep because of his access and very infrequent usage of the cyberpsychosis quickhack.

He’s scared of those jobs coming back to haunt him, so his rule of thumb is that if he can’t hack in and out with the duration of his optical camo, he’s leaving.

He only has himself to depend on, so although he’s considered removing/replacing these quickhacks, he’s scared that when he needs them the most, he won’t have them.

He's a vulnerable person internally. He'd much rather depend on other people rather than himself, but his life experiences prevent him from doing that.

On the flipside, he's incredibly open, finding there no point to being closed off. At his 5'4 stature, he finds there no point to be closed off, because he probably wouldn't be taken seriously anyway.

He doesn't like sleep, because he loves the nightlife, and doesn't want it to end (going to sleep).
